We pride ourselves on providing non-toxic and minimally processed skincare products.  Many of our customers have success using our products on their children, however, we recommend consulting the advice of a pediatrician or dermatologist for the use of young children.

Our products have a shelf life of two years after opening, when stored properly.  To maximize shelf life, keep products in a cool, dry place avoiding direct sunlight.

Depending on the product, our ingredients range from 50-100% organic.

Our entire product line is gluten-free.

Our non-vegan ingredients are: beeswax, honey and silk protein.

Our products are made in small batches in Seattle, WA.

While it varies by person, generally our products last between 2-6 months.

Sustainability is a top priority for OHA. We are working towards 100% packaging in glass. Currently, we use recyclable plastic bottles for only two products and hope to transition those to glass very soon.

Some of our products contain essential oils and aromatic plant extracts.  Please refer to each product individually for more information about fragrance. 

Yes, it is safe to use natural products if you have allergies and/or sensitive skin. We do however, recommend if these conditions apply to you, that you patch test all new products on the back of your ear or on the inside of your forearm. Let it sit on your skin for twenty-four hours.  If no reaction happens then proceed with caution to apply a dime size amount on one specific area of your face, perhaps on your jawline, on one side of your face. Let that sit for another 24 hours, and if there is no reaction, you should then be able to confidently use the product.

OHA products do not contain SPF. SPF is a man-made component, while OHA products only contain natural occurring
ingredients.

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes).* Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $9. *Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship USPS for a flat rate of $15.
